Sub-processor List
Last updated: August 23, 2026 · Version 1.0
This page lists the sub-processors that Correlia Inc. (“Correlia”) uses to process Customer Personal Data on behalf of its Customers under the Data Processing Addendum at correlia.ai/legal/dpa (the “DPA”). A sub-processor is a third-party company that Correlia engages to process personal data on Correlia’s behalf in delivering the Correlia platform at correlia.ai. Each sub-processor is bound by a written contract with data-protection obligations no less protective than the DPA, and Correlia remains responsible for its performance.
1. Change notifications
To receive notice of new or replacement sub-processors, email ntitov@correlia.ai with the subject line “Subscribe to sub-processor updates”. Correlia gives at least 30 days’ notice before a new sub-processor starts processing Customer Personal Data. Customers may object within 10 business days of the notice on reasonable data-protection grounds, as set out in Section 6 of the DPA.
2. Current sub-processors
| Sub-processor | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services, Inc. | Cloud hosting, storage, compute, video processing | USA |
| ElevenLabs, Inc. | Speech-to-text (transcription) | USA |
Locations are shown per provider. Transfers of personal data from the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are covered by the transfer mechanisms described in Section 12 of the DPA.
3. Correlia-operated infrastructure
Avatar rendering and voice synthesis for Corra, Correlia’s AI interviewer, and the large language models used for interview dialogue, evaluation and summaries, run on Correlia’s own and open-source models deployed on infrastructure that Correlia operates in the United States. No third party receives candidate data for these purposes, so this processing is not sub-processing.
4. Customer-directed integrations (not sub-processors)
Slack, Ashby, Greenhouse, Linear, Google Workspace and Google Calendar, LinkedIn and hh.ru are services that a Customer may choose to connect to the Correlia platform; data flows to them only on the Customer’s instruction, under the Customer’s own agreement with the provider, so they are not Correlia sub-processors.
